We are NUVIE—a brand born from a shared commitment to proactive wellness and a dedication to empowering others. Our story began in early 2022 when one of our co-founders, Alana, faced a significant health diagnosis. Together with her husband, Simon, she embarked on a journey of re-examining their approach to health, exploring everything from daily practices to innovative wellness tools, with strong science as their guide. This journey led them to discover powerful protocols, including sauna therapies, which played a key role in Alana’s healing journey and inspired both to pursue health optimisation passionately.
Inspired by this experience, they founded NUVIE to share their insights and create products that empower others on their wellness journeys.
